To do so, they must register for their conferences through our website. Here are the terms of registration they need to follow:

  • Participants must be 18 years old and eligible to register for the healthcare conferences;
  • The registration should be completed only through our official website;
  • Participants must fill out the form with accurate and genuine information;
  • Registration cannot be canceled or transferred to the other party;
  • Healthcare Conference has full rights to accept or reject any registration.

Payment Terms

We’ve made our registration fee and service charges clear and available on our website. Anyone can find payment-related information in the specific section of our website, such as the conference ticket option. Here are the payment terms participants must follow to confirm their registration:

  • All the payments must be completed through our official website;
  • Participants need to fill out the payment form to complete the process;
  • A full payment must be made before the specific deadline;
  • Payment must be made using our accepted currency payment methods;
  • Upon completing the full payment, an invitation letter will be sent within 5-7 business days;
  • Any minor corrections to the invitation letter will be charged an additional 50 USD.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Our Healthcare Conference services, including registration and related services, are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you complete the registration and payment process, it cannot be canceled, and there will be no return. However, depending on the situation, we might give the option to postpone or reschedule your conference for the next one covering the same topic.

Intellectual Property Rights

All the materials and contents at the Healthcare Conference, including logos, icons, graphics, artworks, texts, images, videos, audio, etc, are protected by intellectual property laws. That means you cannot use these materials without our consent, whether for personal or commercial purposes.

Healthcare Conference has official media partners and photographers to record our conference sessions and attractive moments. We may take random pictures of the conference participants throughout the conference. All these digital pictures and videos we take at the conference also fall under our intellectual property rights.

You can take your own pictures at the conferences to share on social media or for personal use. However, we reserve the right to use those photographs for commercial purposes. You consent to use your images in our diverse marketing materials by attending healthcare conferences.

Email Notifications

When you use your email to register for our conference or subscribe to our newsletter, we use the mail as a primary communication channel. To keep you updated about our conferences, we may send promotional emails based on the stage of your interaction with us. If you do not like to receive promotional emails from us, you have the right to “unsubscribe” the mail.
